• Understanding culture, values and speech pattern.

• It is extremely important to understand everyone’s points of view and ask questions to clarify things instead of replying. Society 5.0 would be something beneficial for society but more useful if we include intercultural communication in it. Setting boundaries and knowing where everyone comes from when talking to someone from a different country is essential.

• Speech patterns, diversity in cultures, power of digital tools to connect people.

• Understanding cultural differences and the impact of AI on society and transformation.

• Culture makes us and we make culture. Communication will vary depending on the people. AI and digitalization must be more tools than using them to “think” for us.

• People do care about each other. Culture is non-static. Everything begins with respect.

• Creating a space for everyone to feel safe to talk and culture is such a beautiful thing and culture is just not in a country-wise.

• Empathetic communication is crucial for mutual understanding, Perspective and mindset change a lot from one culture to another. We have to be aware of that to respect others. There is no wrong answer or black and white. Just grey ones.

• Digital tools can be a helpful tool. Respect begins with understanding and knowing one's self. We can come together if we are ready to listen and share.

• Even though we come from different cultures, there is actually a lot of room for commonality. There is more convergence than divergence!

• High & low context of communication, the differences of perspective that we see things as we are and not as they are, and respect.

• Biggest issue on the planet earth right now is HATE. Awareness of Sustainable Development Goals is important. AI would rather conquer the world in the form of capitalism or will be completely destroyed.
